In order to access the archives you will need:

We highly recommend viewing the Demonstration Presentation to check that your computer has all the necessary software installed. If you can view all of the components of the Demonstration Presentation your computer is all set!

Some frequently asked questions and their answers are below.

Q: When viewing the Demonstration Presentation I can't hear the audio, despite having clicked the "Audio" link.

A: If you click the link and nothing happens, you probably don't have the WindowsMedia Player installed. If this is the case please download and install it free of charge from here.

If you do have the WindowsMedia Player installed but it gives you an error message, it is likely that you either have an older version of the Player, or that a previous update did not perform correctly - we have received reports of this happening on a number of occasions. In this case, uninstall your current version of the WindowsMedia Player completely, then download and install the current version free of charge from here.

Q: I cannot see the chat-window in the lower frame of the Demonstration Presentation.

A: You will need to use a Java-enabled browser (e.g. Internet Explorer 3+, Netscape Navigator 3+), and you will need to set the security settings for your browser to allow Java applets to run. In Internet Explorer, these security settings can be found in Tools - Internet Options - Advanced or Tools - Internet Options - Security; in Netscape Navigator these settings can be found in Edit - Preferences - Advanced.

If you have any more questions or problems please visit the Technical Support area to see if your question is answered there or to post your problem. If you do post a question please be sure to include as much details as possible - which operating system you are using, which browser you are using etc.
