The
MSN Messenger is a live, online communication program. As a presenter,
you will need to use this during the conference to let our technical
administrators know the current settings of your Encoder.
To
install the Messenger please click here
(opens a new window). Once you have installed the Messenger you
will need a "passport" (a unique identifier using your
e-mail address) - you can obtain one from here.
Once
you have done so, please add our Technical Support ID to your Messenger.
To do so, click "Add" on the Messenger, then enter the
following e-mail address: techsupport@eltoc.com . Once you have
done this you will be notified whenever our Technical Support is
online, and you can communicate with us. We will be online and available
throughout the conference and before the conference during arranged
test-runs.
