To register for access to the conference archives please complete the following form. You will then be sent an e-mail with details on how to pay the archive-fees of GBP 30 (thirty UK pounds)/ USD 45 (Forty-five US dollars) or GBP 35 / USD 50 for the CD-ROM. Once we have received payment, you will receive a username and password for the Conference Area and have full access until 30 June 2002.
